Whale, whale, whale, look what we’ve got on deck for this week of Doctor Odyssey.
A shark attack clearly didn’t give fans enough anxiety so the ABC drama is back this week, giving the crew aboard The Odyssey even bigger fish to fry. Okay, the sea-themed puns and jokes are done, I promise.
After three months off the air, Joshua Jackson‘s surreal medical procedural returned last week and dove straight into the deep end, sending the ship’s workers — including Avery (Phillipa Soo), Tristan (Sean Teale), and Captain Robert (Don Johnson) — into a crisis involving a shiver of sharks. The Odyssey even responded to a distress call from a small vessel that had been sunk by a shark attack, introducing the audience to new characters played by Rumer Willis and Adrianne Palicki, the latter of whom has some serious chemistry with Dr. Max (Jackson).
Episode 9, “Shark Attack,” of course ended with a power outage aboard the luxury ship as the medical team performed surgery on a gravely injured shark bitee. What caused the power to go out, you ask? Just a shark swimming directly into The Odyssey’s propeller while trying to escape a pod of orcas, now headed directly for the ship, which is where we will pick up at with the newest episode.
But when does it come out? And are Willis and Palick back? Here’s everything you need to know about Doctor Odyssey Episode 10, including how to watch and when the episode will be available online…

What Has Been Released About Episode 10 Of Doctor Odyssey?
We know a decent bit about this week’s episode of Doctor Odyssey, thanks to the ending of last week’s episode and a description released by ABC. “Amid a power outage, Max, Tristan, Avery and Brooke struggle to treat shark-inflicted wounds. As romantic tensions flare between Max and Brooke and new sparks fly between two former flames, the team must perform an emergency operation,” the logline for Episode 10 reads.
Things are going to continue to heat up, especially since we know that Palicki’s character, Brooke, is sticking around. As for Willis’ role, the end of Episode 9 saw her character unconscious and on death’s door with Tristan rushing to save her. Will he be able to?
