Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot put their poison apples down and were all smiles at the scaled-back “Snow White” premiere in Los Angeles on Saturday.
The two stars of the controversial film posed for pictures together at the El Capitan Theatre despite their alleged feud.
Zegler, 23, wore a rose-colored lace dress with a corseted bodice and a floor-length skirt, while Gadot, 39, had on a sheer black lace dress with a ruffled miniskirt and a floor-length skirt.

The actresses channeled their respective roles as Snow White and the Evil Queen with their fashion choices.
Their cast members Martin Klebba, Jason Kravits, George Salazar, Andy Grotelueschen, Emilia Faucher, Lorena Andrea, Dujonna Gift, and Idris Kargbo also attended the premiere.

Director Marc Webb, screenwriter Erin Cressida Wilson, producers Marc Platt and Jared LeBoff, songwriters Justin Paul and Benj Pasek, composer Jeff Morrow and cinematographer Mandy Walker were at the event, as well.
Zegler and Gadot were in multiple photos together on the red carpet for the pre-party celebration, which was followed by a screening of the film.

Disney hosted a smaller-than-usual group of photographers and reporters to cover the premiere, a change that was previously confirmed by Variety.
The only interviews that Zegler and Gadot did were with people employed by Disney, like Jodi Benson, who voiced Ariel in the 1989 animated classic “The Little Mermaid.”

Four days before the LA premiere, Zegler and Webb, 50, promoted “Snow White” at an event in Segovia, Spain which Gadot did not attend.
Zegler performed “Waiting on a Wish” in front of Alcázar de Segovia Castle that served as the inspiration behind the castle in the original 1937 film. She did not do any press at the event.
Disney has also scaled back on the film’s press tour by pulling the plug on the UK premiere altogether.

Ahead of the film’s March 21 release, there have been a string of controversies surrounding the “Snow White” remake.
Disney’s decision to replace the fairy tale’s seven dwarfs with CGI to “avoid reinforcing stereotypes” from the original film sparked mass outrage from critics and fans, with accusing the company of being too “politically correct” and “woke.”
Zegler faced backlash herself after calling the original animated “Snow White” “extremely dated,” and declaring that the remake wouldn’t highlight her character as a damsel in distress.

The film also faced mass boycotts after the “West Side Story” actress went on a social media rant against those who voted for Donald Trump in the 2024 election.
There’s also been rumblings of a feud between Zegler and Gadot, who are on opposite sides of the ongoing war in Israel-Palestine war.
Zegler wrote “Free Palestine” on X after the first “Snow White” trailer was released online. Gadot, meanwhile, is Israeli and has been outspoken about the atrocities committed by Hamas against her home country on Oct. 7, 2023.

A source told People on Friday that Gadot was mystified over Zegler’s comment about the original “Snow White” being “dated.”
“Gal’s attitude is that you don’t criticize and cause drama for a project you signed on to do,” the source said. “She just doesn’t get it.”
However, Gadot still wants fans to give the movie a chance.
When asked by a TMZ reporter on Tuesday if people should watch “Snow White,” the actress responded, “Of course — it’s a great movie.”
